Extreme Leather has some delivery policies as well, completely essential for every buyer to go through before placing the orders.

Product Manufacturing Process:

6 to 8 working days are needed for each order after the payment approval, while our workers and designer team work day and night to make it possible in the least possible days. But during any kind of circumstance delays like natural disasters and public holidays, the processing of the product will delay for a few days. If there will be any delay or this type of situation happens, we will contact you via email.

Estimated Delivery Time!

After the approval of our testing department, your product will proceed to the shipping companies. Once forwarded to the courier company, you will quickly receive an email along with the tracking ID of your package. However, the person who has chosen the free shipping method will get the shipment of the item in 10 to 12 business days.

Note: The shipping companies do not accept any parcels on weekends or public holidays. In this case, you will be informed.

Shipment Access:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation through email once your order is dispatched. We used the most trusted shipping service. You can also leave any specific delivery instructions for your parcel with a nominated neighbor or a specified safe place if you want to deliver your package in the safest way.

Do We Offer Expedited Shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping if a customer requests to ship the product in the minimum time, but it charges some extra cost. It must take 6 to 8 days after the confirmation email, not including the weekends or any kind of public holidays.

How To Claim Damage Item?

Products are delivered after the green signal of the testing department but in case of any damage or the product is not delivered on time, we are here for you. If your order is late or it's missing you can contact us within 7 days, including weekends and holidays, just after receiving the notification that your item is shipped. You can inquire about refunding payment into your credit card or PayPal account.

If the product is damaged, you are liable to avail of the 15 Days Return Policy. Simply contact us!
